​We were called to this job in the Doncaster area to inspect why the customers shutter wasn’t opening and closing, the problem became apparent once we got on site that the motor had burnt out due to the curtain catching inside the guides, causing damage to the steel work too.

We stripped the curtain off to allow the customer to trade that evening and then returned the following morning before they had to lock up to replace the motor and curtain with brand new ones.

All in all this job was turned around in less than 12 hours from us receiving the call to completion, this was achievable due to us being fully stocked with all parts that may be needed for any emergency roller shutter situation.
