This callout was one of our most challenging jobs yet.
We were called as the customer couldn’t close the shutter due to a collapsed shaft and electric motor drive being snapped. Due to the location of the shutter we had to take extra care so as not cause damage to glass display cabinets beneath us that could not be moved.
We attended site within the hour of receiving the call with all necessary parts on hand. The full repair was carried out on this cold December night and the customer left with a safe and secure shop that they could lock up and go home.
